Concept2, the market-leading manufacturer of indoor rowing machines and composite racing oars, seeks a talented and motivated individual with a competitive rowing background to join our Customer Service team. Your first-hand experience in the sport of rowing, combined with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail, will provide Concept2 customers with exceptional service.
Serve on the Customer Service team as a Rowing Specialist—this includes taking orders (for ergs, oars, and spare parts), helping troubleshoot problems, and providing technical rowing support.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, web, fax, and in person.
Support the Rowing Business team in such areas as regatta service, oar repair, warranty, and loaner programs.
